It is important for us to deliver our web projects on time, in budget and ensure it meets the quality standards laid down by the design gurus on web design and usability.
You, as our client - are fair to expect it.
Project plan and Development Methodology
To ensure our clients and we are on the same wave-length before we commence the development work; we have started a new practice which is sure to enthuse confidence in our clients.
We develop a project plan and hand it over to you. The project plan elaborates on the development time frame work, individual milestones, and daily work-hours and establishes a single-point-of-contact for you with us so that you do not go around in circles.
You are a given a unique login-password pair that allows you to login to the staging server and monitor the progress of the development work on a daily basis. The staging server is the platform where your website exists as it is being worked upon. Once the entire development work is complete – we test it in the production environment and get it Live.
How good is that?
eXtreme Programming
Geeks would know - eXtreme programming is one of the hardest software engineering practices to 'master' (if we may use the word, at all.) and the most fun to program with.
Though we do not claim to employ this methodology for each web project that we work on, we know it has helped us in heaps of web projects, particularly on the ones where the scope document has fluctuated rapidly.
